The people they sent out did not understand English. They were efficient, but worked too fast and made too many mistakes. I chose them because they were supposed to have a good reputation, but I'm not sure if that's true or not anymore. I did not notice until later, but they threw shingles off the roof and ruined screens on the windows. They also put a hole in my siding with a hammer. The tar they dropped also left stains on my vinyl siding. Nails were left around the yard. The drip cap they put were not in single strips, but smaller pieces. Some nails also got behind the siding when they were replacing the drip caps. I have reported leaks which they have come out to fix. For the money I paid however, I anticipate much better service. They only guarantee that it will not leak for a year, but for the price it should be longer.

The contractors they sent tried to sell me a pyramid scheme and were very unprofessional. Lowe's had promised 6 month financing and said my 6 month was up before I had installing. They refused to extend it at the corporate level and told me the store would give me reimbursement for 3. Overall this ruined my summer and was very stressful. I also had extra expense to electrician each time to hook and I had to unhook stoves. The bottom line I thought Lowe's would be the best place since I am disabled and a widow to get trusted help. They failed miserably. I would not recommend them for any project.
