When I first called and set an appointment, he said he thought he would be able to be there after 2pm. I was patient, but he didn't call until 5. He says that the career fair he was at took longer than he thought, and he was on his way to another job. He rescheduled for 6pm. 6 o'clock came and went and I didn't hear back from him. I called him at 7pm and said that I would have appreciated a phone call to say he couldn't make it. He called back and apologized. I gave him another chance. He came out and was there for a few hours. We had discussed updating to Windows 8.1, but I researched after he left and I decided that I would like to get Windows 7 instead. When I spoke with him about it, he told me that it was more expensive than Windows 8.1. I know that isn't true, as I've looked into this. He let me know he would call me back, but he never reached out again. I gave him many chances and he never came through. He doesn't do what he says he'll do.
