Keen was quick to respond to my call. I had a new water heater the same day. I was very pleased with the service. I definitely would call on Keen again.

Did not keep original appointment, and I had to call them instead of them calling me to find out. Got plumbers out 2 days later. Cold water tap line was repaired fine, but parts were needed to fix outside spigot, and plumbers indicated they would return the next day. Scheduler never called back, plumber never came back. Called a few days later, and scheduler had no info on job. She said she would find the service manager and have him give me a call. Never got call..... Was never charged for the work, but I won't work with them again.

They were out here the next day, had the correct replacement water heater in stock. They cleaned up after they were finished that except for the new heater, you could not tell that they were here.

I was having floors put in and there was an issue with replacing my toilets. I called Keen plumbing they came out immediately to complete the process. Very respectful and very quick to help in an emergency situation. I wouldn't have had a usable toilet if they had not shown up.

We broke off a cut-off valve in a small re-modeling job and had to turn off the main water supply as water was spraying all over. They sent out a team to give us an estimate and ended up repairing the cut-off valve and repairing a badly leaking tub valve we needed to have done as well. We called a couple companies but decided to use them as they were "local". They offered to clean up but as we were still working, we did the clean-up. The repaired tub valve started to drip badly over the week end and they came back out, repairing the leaking valve as well as the second valve for good measure. They cleaned up and did not charge us for the second fix.

Very happy with the service. I called about installation of a garbage disposal and he asked me questions and had me look at sink and we determined electricity needed to be run before he came out. This phone conversation saved a service call and I was very happy about that. I called back just as the electrician was finishing and Keen came out that same afternoon to finish installation of the garbage disposal. I would recommend this provider to anyone needing plumbing done. Very professional.

They did not clean up after themselves, and after taking the toilet off and removed from the floor, there was gross water all over my bathroom floor. One of the plumbers laughed as he was leaving and said to me, "You may want to sanitize your floors." It took me 15 wet Swiffers and a Swiffer steamer mop to clean it all up, on top of hiring a maid service to come and clean. There was brown water all around on my walls and the linen cabinet door that's close to the toilet, so I had to scrub the walls as well. Even then, I had a Wallflower Bath and Body Works air freshener plugged into the wall in the hallway outside of the bathroom, and since they knocked it off, they put it back - only they did so upside down. So all of the liquid that was in the air freshener spilled onto my hardwood floors, and removed the stain on the floor in that spot, ruining my floors. After talking with the office, they did not charge me for the service done (although they acted as if the plumbers had been out there far longer than they actually had), and told me that there was travel time taken off of the price as well (they said it took them 30 minutes to go less than 5 miles which takes less than 8 minutes). They said nothing about my floors or repairing them, and one of the employees called me back to give me an estimate of work for replacing old pipes which is partially what caused the problem with the toilet. Why they think I would want to give them more money or have them provide another service after how they left my house filthy and ruined is beyond me. They seemed to care a tad bit less than most people do, and after being told that there was no charge for the repairs, one of the employees called me back and said they it would be half off. I told them that, no, it wouldn't be because I was already told that there was no charge.

2 very professional and courteous men showed up very close to the appointed time and proceeded to fix the problems. A general contractor had installed the sink, 6 years ago and apparently was not a plumber. The 2 gentlemen that came from Keen noticed some irregularities with the installation and proceeded to identify the leak and fix it along with the installation irregularities. The toilet flusher was not really acting up that day, so there was not much they could do with it.

The plumber was very nice, and explained everything. Very friendly. They did the job promptly. Work was great.

Keen has always been very responsive and professional. I've called on them several times in the past and would again.

I upgraded my water heater to an 80 gallon tank from a 50 gal. tank. I contacted Keen after price comparing at 2 of the Big Box stores. Keen beat the price of the water heater at Lowes and Home Depot; which included the install, new parts and insulation of the pipes. Since I was upgrading my system, a expansion tank was needed and permits had to be done as well. They completed the job in less time than was quoted, the price was under the bid and they cleaned up the worksite without being told. My installers explained how my system worked and how to maintain it to avoid future repairs. I was completely satisfied with the work they did and would not only recommend them but will definitely use them again. Way to go guys...

They did a fantastic job and will use them again. The house was made in 1920 and they knew exactly what they were doing. There were two guys here for 4 hours. They are not the cheapest but they are the best.

afterwards the service men cleaned up the area around the sink and floor area where the water had splattered. They then secured all the pipes under the sink and said politely as they were leaving "If you need any other plumbing needs please give us a call."
