They were thorough, they did good work, they cleaned up behind themselves, it was reasonable, it pretty much came in at bid. In fact it was a little bit higher in the end then what we were anticipating. We talked to them about it and they brought the price down some. Anytime I had questions or any kind of problem and I would call them, they would come right over, they came when they said, they worked as a team, they brought plenty of guys and brought all the materials they needed. They cleaned behind themselves. They got off to a rocky start because they had some young guys here that didn't have a supervisor but as soon as he came they kind of got in gear and did very well. Very respectful, did excellent work, I went around the house and said "i want this, this, and this" and they did it.

new service had to be run underground (about 50'). on time and on budget. Very good communication throughout project.
