Company called to confirm appointment. The service man arrived on time in a large van full of equiptment and parts. He listened to my description of the problem (garage door will not close when prompted and will open by itself). He tested the equiptment and diagnosed the issue. He retrieved the parts from his van and completed fixing the garage door opener within 30 mins. Serviceman was prompt, courteous, and professional.
