Very professional & courteous! Arrived early, after calling to make it was okay. Did the work quickly & efficiently. I would highly recommend Steve to my friends & family.

Quite well. Mr. Anders was punctual, professional, and he got spots out of the carpets that I didn't think could be cleaned. He moved furniture, including a king bed. His equipment was surprisingly quiet while he was working. The carpets were dry enough to use in about 3 hours.

Things went great. I was very pleased with the service.

Absolutely great! Steve treated the area with an enzyme solution that was left on the carpet for 30 minutes (the second time Zerorez came back, in and out in less than 15 minutes) and then he finished the cleaning. It is now a month later and no stains and the carpet looks new again. I highly recommend this company. I will always use Fibercare!

.  Steve was very accomodating from the beginning when I called to make the appointment.  I had to change the dates of my carpet cleaning twice and he was very kind and made no hesitation in rescheduling the appointment.  He did come out and provide me with an estimate without any pressure to add any other services.  He was very friendly and professional.
  He arrived on time to clean the beige carpets and did an excellent job cleaning all the problem areas in the carpets as well as the rest of the rooms. They moved all furniture that I requested. They were also very kind to work around my napping infant.  I then asked at the last minute that they scotch guard the carpets and they did it without any hesitation or issues. 
  They were very tidy during the whole process.  They cleaned and scotch guarded all of my carpets in about 90 minutes.  It was a very fast process and they look brand new again!!   All of the stains were removed and the carpet smells very nice!
  I will definitely call them again when we need our carpets cleaned.
