Apartments
The maintenance staff comes at unexpected times and pounds on the door like the police. They do not keep scheduled appointments. The office staff is not helpful with a noise complaint by my new neighbor, even though we had never had any other complaints for the 2 years that we have lived there. Their resolution to the problem was just asking us to move.
