Jeff Hogg has been very responsive every time we have had him do work for us. He does first-class work, with great attention to detail, at reasonable prices. He first installed the tile in our master bathroom remodel, including a walk-in (doorless) shower, and we were very satisfied with his workmanship. When a small design problem (our error) left a small bit of drywall exposed to splashes he came back and applied a fix at no charge.
We called him back to install a glass tile back splash in the kitchen and large slate tiles in the master bedroom fireplace. He took great care to get the tiny kitchen tiles aligned just right, for a very professional job. In the master bedroom he insisted on doing the demolition of the previous tile himself, when another installer wanted us to hire someone else for that task and to remove and restore the baseboard trim afterwords. Jeff got up all the old tile, and installed the new without removing the wood trim, avoiding repair and re-painting of that. The finished result for both projects is great!
We couldn't be more impressed with his care and workmanship, plus he's a very pleasant person to have on the job.
