He was prompt to get here and supply a proposal, was low bid, did the job when he said he would and fixed my supposedly unfixable upstairs unit which saved me another $2 grand! I cant say enough good things about Ricky and his company! From start to finish, he exceeded every expectation I had. Thanks Ricky!
Description of Work: Ricky Shropshire (owner) installed a new HVAC system and ducting in our home that was built in 1880. He supplied us with a high efficiency Seer 16 HVAC unit for our downstairs and repaired the non functioning unit for our upstairs as well. It should be noted that prior to hiring Ricky's company I did have a service contract with another company and they were unable to repair my upstairs unit and recommended replacing both units. It turned out to be a $10 part that was bad with the upstairs HVAC unit which is now working properly for the first time in 2 years! Thanks Ricky. Also, the downstairs unit which was inefficient as well as not functioning properly was replaced by this company. I contacted 4 local companies including Lowes for estimates. Prices ranged from 10 to 15K depending on the model and efficiency I was looking for. Ricky not only came in low bid but supplied the same high efficiency unit as well which was almost double the price from another HVAC contractor. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company, the value I received for the work done and my overall experience. Being new to the area we are slowly sorting things out and Angies list has been a big help in finding contractors. I was surprised to not see this company listed and thas why I am putting him on Angies list with a 5 star rating. I'm cool, the house is cool and I got a great deal and fast installation. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC repairs or replacement.
