They were on time and called just before they came, also, they were pleasant. Cleaning was marginal.

"Here we go once again .Angie's list will not fix the grade that customer did not give.We at preferred cleaning work so hard to keep a A+ grading.But the customers try to get angies list to fix the mistake on the gradesktop once again it's like pulling eye teeth.So glad to have a another happy customer. I am so about to change my advertising to another company .This is 3 times now angieslist has given my company a grade that my customers said were wrong .When I talk to customers we both rank to angieslist all they would say was it's fixed. Clearly it's not or I would have a A+ grading with this customer."

This is Angie Payseur, Megan's mom- I was present when Billie's crew came in and did their cleaning. Billie is very professional and prompt in her contact. She and her crew are hard working and very friendly. They did a fantastic job of cleaning the house from ceiling to floors. The house was spotless. I highly recommend them.

I used Preferred Cleaning Service. They were here about a month ago. I think it was $100. She did a good job. I would tell others that we would recommend her. We are using her on a two week basis.

Billie's team does an excellent job of providing a cleaning service that is reliable and does a great job. I've been using her services for the last several months and my baseboards are finally clean! They have been trustworthy and reliable and I'd recommend them to anyone else in the area!

I travel a lot and have some health issues that make cleaning my own home difficult. The ladies come in and dust, mop, scrub, and wipe down and leave a sparking clean, sweet smelling home behind. If there is ever a problem, like extreme weather, Billie calls ahead and works with you to make any needed changes to the schedule. If I have any questions or concerns, Billie takes care of them. Just leave a message and Billie will call you back in the next day or two. No drama, no unpleasant surprises. These ladies do a fabulous job.

They do a great job. They are always on time, or let you know if they are going to be running late. They get right to work and work the whole time they are here. The house always looks and smells so nice when they are done.

This was our first time having Billie and her crew cleaning our townhouse. They were here 10 min. early and started to work immediately. They cleaned the windows and dusted the blinds, hand washed the base boards (which had not been cleaned in 4 years), wiped off the kitchen counters, cleaned the microwave, and wiped down all of our stainless steel appliances. After they had cleaned the hardwood floors, vacuumed the carpet and finished the bathroom our home was looking and smelling great. Billie even washed the few dishes on the counter! We are very pleased with her work and are anticipating the next visit.

I was thoroughly impressed with Billie and her team! They pulled furniture from the walls, cleaned every blind -- ultimately, they cleaned every corner of my house. They even restored a porcelain sink to its original beauty, and my hardwood floors haven't looked this good in years. They'll be returning every other week, thank goodness!

Billie and her team came and did a thorough cleaning. I have a ton of blinds and woodwork and hardwood floors, now everything sparkles like new. They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them. Planning to use them every two weeks now. My sister and Mom came to see me today and were amazed. My sister said she will be giving Billie a call. My hardware floors have never looked better. This team WORKS. My house was party ready (which is why I called them). Now I have signed up for every 2 weeks cleaning. I started with Preferred Cleaning Services by requesting a deep cleaning for my house. Billie and her girls did a wonderful job. So good, in fact, that I decided it was money well spent to have them come every other week to help me keep the house looking good. I so enjoy coming home to a clean house. It has really taken some stress away - allowing me the free time to take care of my husband, grandkids, mother and all our pets. Thank you Billie!!!!! for giving me some time back.

It went wonderfully. Billie is so very nice and so was Morgan and Ashley. I was kind of worried because I am at home, and I have health problems, and I was afraid I would be judged unkindly, and so my husband and I called Preferred Cleaning Service. Those sweet angel girls were so sweet and good to me and did a fantastic job on my very dusty house. I am so happy we called Billie and we are looking forward to working with them for a long time. They really do a good job, they ask if there is anything special that needs to be done, and if there is to just let them know. They clean everything just as they promise, and they do it with kindness and a good heart. It's very hard to let someone else do the things that I used to be so capable of doing, but when your health puts a stop to regular everyday things like cleaning your home you have to ask for help. I could not have asked for better people to help us out. The last thing she says on the way out, is if there are any problems just give her a call, or text and she will fix them. They not only did a great job cleaning our home but they made my day a lot better, and my life a lot easier. I would recommend these very professional hard working women to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks so very much to all of you girls. Can't wait until next time.

"Dear pass customer,Blows me away on how you can grade my services the way you did on angieslist a year later.I wish I could copy all the emails and text msg you sent me on how greatful you were to had found some one to clean the way I do.You stated on every msg that you were so pleased the only thing was I charged you 95.00 to come out and clean your 2 bedroom home which was small but it took me around 3.5 hours to clean.I was there the first time almost 7 hours were your home had not been deep cleaned in a few years.I got it looking brand new again then you wanted me to go down on my rate.I told that I could not I have payroll and insurance and supplies as well as gas.I ask you sence you yourself were in a business do you go down on your rates.I told you I would go as low as 85 and you wanted me to come to your home every other week for 40.00 and when I told you no thank you we never called one another again.But to wait almost a year to give me a bad grade on here was un called for when you were so happy.After 23 years in the same business I have came across alot of things and people I thank you for the business you gave me but I am in this to make a living and you wanted the service for nothing sorry hope you find the one that will do it for pennys .when you fine her send her my way.Thanks but no Thanks.UPDATE AFTER THE BAD GRADE MR [Member Name Removed] GAVE ME COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A MISTAKE EITHER ON HIS PART OR ANGIESLIST.
