Piedmont Estate Sales conducts professionally run estate,tag, downsizing and moving sales. This lets us remove stress, worry and uncertainty during a time of transition. Liquidating an estate is a challenging task and one that family members often underestimate. Some items must be appraised and catalogued; items large and small must be staged for sale; there is advertising, promotion and signage to deal with; crowds must be controlled to avoid unsafe and chaotic conditions within the home...There is another reason to hire a professional- you will get more money for the contents of the estate...in general 2 to 3 times more!!
