I would like to express my appreciation of a job well done! From waterproofing basement walls, new vapor barrier under house, mold treatment, and repairing all outside downspouts- all problems were corrected and expertly completed! Christian Bowles is highly professional, very knowledgeable and courteously explained in detail the areas to be corrected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services! Christian was very knowledgeable and I was pleased to see he had all the necessary licenses for mold removal. Mr. Bowles and his team did an excellent job of installing a french drain system for us. The installation included a French Drain, a system to recover water from two downspouts and our driveway and a pumping system to direct the water to city storm water. Mr. Bowles and his team were very easy to work with, they made lots of suggestions and were pleasant and friendly. We would recommend Spartan Recovery Services, Inc. to anyone interested in this type of work. I wanted to leave these guys a good review. I am glad I waited. Christian is a good guy, and the two people sent to fix my bathroom floor seemed to be. I like to see what little surprises might be left for me, though. Like the piece of wood I got lodged in my heel from their leftover trash they did not quite do a good enough job cleaning. Or the tire tracks in my front yard from where they backed their truck into my yard the next morning to pick up the trash they left because they did not have room the day before. They even knew that was a bad idea, since the older was yelling for the younger to hurry up. Probably did not want me to see them messing up my yard. Just this morning discovered another treat. Metal from the wood they removed, in my bathtub under the mat. Good stuff. Real shame. Will not be hiring them again.

They went out of their way to be helpful, including bringing in extra workers to get the job done two days ahead of schedule (at no extra cost!). Definitely will consider them again!

I have an investment property and live in another state so it was hard to get and trust someone to provide reliable/affordable mold remediation for the property I own. Christian and his crew were always prompt and very assuring during the mold remediation process. They did a good job, the only complaint was on a couple of floor boards they didn't cut very straight. I told them and they came back and fixed the problem.
