Initially, Emerald Green guaranteed that they would have the lawn looking great. As the treatments progressed, the company did not seem very responsive to concerns about the condition of the lawn. In early summer, a tech showed up for a treatment as I was leaving, only to lambasted me for not calling about the proliferation of crabgrass (I had previously called and expressed my concerns to Miguel, the owner, who "blew me off"). They failed to perform a Fall seeding yet billed me nonetheless, and then adding interest to the balance. Voicemails left for Miguel, the owner, were not returned. Took months to resolve!

The lawn and bushes improved alot. Always on-call and do free follow-up treatment on weeds, etc. Eager to give fair professional advice on yard maintenance.
