They are very professional and friendly. Ashley is also very responsive. I’ve been looking for cleaners for a long time that are honest and does an A+ job. I have found them and highly recommend them for all your housecleaning needs.

Ashley was initially responsive and our house was cleaned well. My issue was six windows were left unlocked and four were not in their track - two windows fell out of the track and laid open...thankfully no damage and no one got in the house. When bringing this to Ashley‘s attention, she told me she was not responsible because she absolutely checked to make sure all of the windows were locked. That is untrue, neither I nor anyone else had access to the windows other than Ashley. There was no reason for them to be unlocked nor out of the track/laying open except she did not properly resecure them. All I wanted Ashley to do was take accountability and apologize (no refund, etc.) but she did not. After not accepting responsibility, she ignored my attempts at a follow up.

These folks get it. Wife with vey high standards approves in a BIG BIG WAY. They are the BEST!!

Ashley and her team arrived on time and immediately went to work. I came home to a freshly cleaned house. Sheets were changed, floors mopped & I don't know how she got my shower cleaned but it looked great.

We have a 1700 square foot home...3 large dogs, 3 cats, and red clay dust everywhere. We have been extremely disappointed with prior cleaning companies not showing up on time and not doing a proper clean. When I contacted Hammer Down...I let them know all of this up front. I made arrangements for them to come over and do a walk thru...our first appointment was a deep deep clean....inside oven, microwave, moving furniture....blinds...windows...the whole lot. They have attention to detail, and clean as if it is their home.... We then set them up for a bi monthly clean. They are professional, friendly, works around our schedule no matter what...most importantly... Our home is spotless when they are done. Highly recommend this team.
