This is a great company. We have been using them for about the last 10 years. Our upstairs ac stopped working and mikes team advised we needed a new motor and fan. No pressure at all about replacing the old unit. We had dumped alot of money in our aging system over the last 5 yrs or so. I asked about a new unit and received a very thorough explanation. We decided to go that direction. Installation took about a day. Overall everything went very well. Definitely appreciate how honest this company is. Definitely recommend!!

Mike responded quickly to the issue. He had to come through Charlotte at rush hour to get to me, and they were considerate enough to call and let me know they were going to be a touch late. When he got there, he diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it at a reasonable price. A/C is working as it should. 3rd time I have used Unique and every time they have been quick, professional and took care of the problem at a reasonable cost to me. Highly recommended!

A/c was not working on one of hottest days of the year. After being a loyal customer of a different local company and our problem not being addressed in a timely manner, we chose to use this company for our repairs. The young man came out the same day we called, fixed the problem, stayed to be sure it was working efficiently, and was very courteous and professional. We will be a loyal customer of Unique from now on.

I have dealt with my share of heating and air companies and nobody took the time to explain everything in detail like Mike did who is the owner of Unique Air. He is detailed oriented, knows design and layout to give you the absolute best results. His work is even neat and organized and prides himself on that! In this case I had to replace the built in dehumidifier in which the old one was entirely too big for the area and all the duct work was not properly installed which created a lot of static which led to the unit burning out. I couldnâ t have asked for any better service than what I was given. From the initial call in to updates after it was completed to a follow up to make sure things were properly workingâ ¦ that is the service you get! His knowledge and conceptual design in this field is bar none! No one can compete with that! I promise you!

Brad has handled the last 3 repairs and I insisted on him again. Straight shooting and fair. Very dependable. In 16 yrs and two units I've had more than my share of service. Trane was outstanding backing their warranty but the service operation was terrible and not above lying. Goodman system has been flawless. Again, Brad was a pleasure to deal with.

AWESOME! Unique came to our house 2 out of 3 years to address a freon leak. The serviceman was knowledgeable and had no problem explaining the air issues in the house. Too big a unit for the house. My wife and I ended up buying a completely new HVAC system. 5 years living in the house and it's never felt this good. GSM quoted the unit at a significant amount more than Unique for a bunch of extra junk we didn't need. The owner Mike is more knowledgeable than anyone at cost, HVAC systems and just being an awesome guy to do business with. I was in constant contact with Mike the whole way and he was hands on helping his servicemen install the unit. Don't waste time. Unique Air has my business for life!!

These guys are fantastic. Fixed my AC and furnace and do great repairs and the customer service is the best.

One of my existing AC units went out so I called 4 companies and they reviewed the conditions of all my HVAC systems. We determined that we should replace all 4 systems due to age and condition.
