Tom Kelso Land Surveyor

Mr. Kelso did the survey on the agreed day and met with us the next day to go over the boundaries. I set everything up with one phone call and a couple emails. Fortunately for us, he had surveyed that property before and was able to give us some background and even showed us the old survey boundaries. He marked the corners well so we could see them easily. It was not an easy survey since he had to navigate  some pretty heavy brush to set his stakes. He had already registered the survey by the next day and personally explained how our property lines were laid out. I recieved a copy of the survey promptly as an email attachment. Overall, I was impressed by his depth of knowledge regarding county regulations and even the vegetation on our property. Answered all of our questions thoughfully and completely. Excellent experience.

Their job was done expeditiously and professionally. However their fees are much too high in relation to the simplicity of the job undertaken as well as the short time it took to complete.

Had a problem with a neighbor concerning bounderies. Neighbor had not had property surveyed in over 20 yrs. Mr. Kelso was prompt, professional, and very experienced. Did an excellent job. Found all markers. Very reasonable. Showed exactly where the propety line was. Showed where our fence post was over on one side, neighbor's is over on the other side. Marked the property line exactly so that there can be no question from either party. Very professional. Would definitely use him again.

Mr. Kelso was referred to us by a neighbor who had similar work done. He visited us on four occasions and always arrived when he said he would. He subdivided our piece of property required for the construction of a new home, and he subsequently staked the house and the footings as construction progress was made. On one occasion, we discovered an abnormality in the measurement of one of the pins. We called Mr. Kelso, and within two hours, he arrived to place a pin that was inadvertently omitted. He was always professional and timely in his execution. We would recommend him without reservation.

It went great. Price was 10 - 20% lower than other estimates (one estimate was over $3000). Also he could get the job done sooner than others were offering. It was a two-day job. He came out and finished on the dates promised. Responded well to phone calls.
