Description of Work: We contacted them to repair my mothers water heater, they came out 4 diffrent times, brought the wrong water heater, did not communicate to say they were leaving/coming. Then about 2 wks ago, the gas company came out to check the line and found that the install was non code compliant. They came out to fix it, and of course they did not have the right parts, they were supposed to come out the next day, and the next, and so on and so forth. When I finally got a hold of them, the owners crazy wife, tells me he is in the hospital, but they never bothered to contact anyone else, etc... When we followed up with them, the owner answers the phone. so They lied about not being able to do the work. They were a total rip off, stay away from them at all costs!!
