They get the stains out. They're excellent at carpet cleaning. The carpet dried quickly. It's usually 2 people that come out. We use them about every nine months.

Thats a well known company. They have several locations in town. 

They did spot work, everything. I always have the cleaning spot removal, sanitizing and spot guarding. I am always very happy with it. They are always very good. Right on time. 

They are wonderful. I am just a very lucky person with the people I have had. I have had Stanley Steamer for years. They have had very even services. Not like who knows who your going to get. I don't get the same people but they are consistent with their service. 

Carpets looked much better. Some stains came back, but we were advised that was possible.

We chose them because we were able to make the reservation for the time online; that was really convenient for us. They did a very good job for us. We were very pleased with them. There were no surprises. We knew what to do ahead of time. When they arrived, everything was good for them. Their service cost us $375. Their price was average. They did a good job of cleaning all the carpets in the house. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

They didn't do a good job on my carpet. The stains did not come out.

In the master bedroom a rocking chair was placed on the wet carpet momentarily before being placed on blocks. Although it was obvious the carpet picked up stain from the base of the chair, the employee ignored the problem. We had to have a supervisor come back out and remove the stain. When applying the stain protectant to the furniture, they also sprayed it on the walls, windows, floor, fireplace, lamps, tables, paintings and did not clean any of it up. We spotted the wet surface on a table first then began frantically trying to clean up the mess before it ruined the furniture. After a call, the "cleaners" were sent out to help, but a month later we are still finding problems.
