THE CLEANER JERRY WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND POLITE. I DIDN'T RECEIVE A thorough CLEANING OF MY KITCHEN, SURFACES WERE NOT TOUCHED. I DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT THE COMPANY WANTED EXTRA MONEY FOR ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF FEE EG:RANGE.

They scammed me. At first I thought I was scammed because they showed up about 30 minutes late and refusing to answer their phone. I was in the process of moving and my stuff was in the floor of the living area. I just wanted them to clean the bedroom, closet, bathroom, fridge, counters, walls, and as much of smell as possible. I have two cats. I did more cleaning than they did to prep for them. I was so busy moving stuff to my car but I did comment that they were flying through. The kitchen stuff is mostly clean. The bedroom wasn?t touched. The bathroom wasn?t touched. The walls weren?t touched. They literally just swept on the living room (there was a lot to sweep), fridge, counters, stove, oven (not fully). I was scammed because I thought they were honest on here and didn?t even look. I was naive. They left before dark but the guy did ask where my storage unit was. I felt uncomfortable and left. I plan on having movers and police on site. They charged me 25 (retainer) and $155 on cashapp. I have started the reversal process. They scammed me at a low time and the lady even had the audacity to pretend she cared and hoped I worked my way through all this. I?m just hurt people can be so cruel.

They did and awesome job. They were prompt courteous, pay attentiont to details and did an overall good job!

There was a last minute delay on their arrival day/time, which I accommodated. Then I was overcharged by $40 from the amount agreed upon in writing ; half of which was for cleaning shower doors which was never mentioned as an extra cost. The other $20 was apparently did to a miscommunication between the couple. The only way to get a refund was to keep using them, which I considered even after initially noticing some areas that were not cleaned fully. But after 4 days of continuing to find issues, I changed my mind and refused. I believe you should be professional and ethical in business and do the job you are paid for. I am sorry to say that was not my experience with this company.

They were respectful of arrival time and kept the homeowner abreast of any delays. Husband and wife team and were efficient with their time.
