After my experience with this company, there is NOBODY else that I would call for restoration needs. The owner, Robert, went above and beyond for our situation. He is extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process. Even when the insurance company was not cooperative, he had the expertise to advise us on what to do. I could go on and on about how good of a job they did, but I will keep this review brief. If you are in need of a restoration company that actually cares about your personal needs and your specific situation, this is the one for you. I cannot thank them enough for getting our home back in good condition despite all the challenges we faced. I HIGHLY recommend Restoration 1!

We had a major water issue in the crawlspace that led to a good amount of damage. Robert came out and walked us through all the options and the costs associated to correct the problem. He was very knowledgeable and took his time. We had him do all the work and we are thrilled with the results. We would definitely recommend him. Thanks again!!!
