My real estate agent was fabulous and she did an excellent job and she totally committed to doing the best she could to get my house sold. We discussed the price of the house and houses in Fort Mill the houses are, because of the school district, everybody specially in the Charlotte area would rather live here when they have kids because the school are better, plus taxes are cheaper. The way she took the pictures of the house and the way she worded the advertising, the first people that came to look at the house put an offer on the house and I have a list of it for like $298,000 but unfortunately they were willing to pay the $298,000 but when the appraisal went through which I wasn't happy with, I did not like that appraisal person, they were terrible, it came back $10,000 less. I was really upset about that but I don't get distracted on people who do appraising because that guy should be out of business. This guy is from the Charlotte area, he's not even in South Carolina and I'm just disappointed that whoever the mortgage people would use them because it didn't benefit me or any of the houses in the area in my neighborhood, he was a real jerk. I would highly recommend her for anyone selling a home or interested in buying a home.
