Mr. Brady’s customer service is Phenomenal! He kept in touch and kept me updated. His prices beat the others by far. He listened to my needs & thought outside of the box when needed. I can’t urge anyone enough to call him first! He’s my handyman for life now.

He worked steady even in the heat. He finished when he said he would. The price was fair.

Mr. Brady did not listen to things I ask or suggest. His measurements were off and his boards did not line up and are very visual on my deck addition....he left gaps and holes. He used a nail gun to secure his board but turned in receipts for 2 boxes of screws which he did NOT use. He cut off nail tips that went in *my pool*, splashed cement on the pool sides that dried, and sawdust in the pool, which could cause damage to my new Pool!! I did most of the cleanup and call some of these things to Mr. Brady's attention and ask him to not let this continue...but he did no listen. He left nail head hanging out of boards about 1/4 inch that I had to hammer in on my own......I could go on.....I paid for a pair of hole diggers that I did not receive and 2 boxes of deck screws which he did not use...

Ray finished all the jobs I gave him in order to finish closing for the sale of my house on time and for a good price.

I hired Mr. Brady to add an accent wall to my living room. I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure how to get there. From the moment he called I felt better about the project. His knowledge of what I wanted was amazing. He sent me pictures of recent work and setup a time to drop by and do my estimate. He also dropped by a sample piece of wood for me to see which I appreciated. His work was seemless and was exactly what I wanted. I changed my mind a few times and he was very accommodating. His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him and will be using his services again myself.

Mr. Brady completed the projects I requested, which included installing keypad doorknobs, hanging a bathroom cabinet, patching drywall holes, installing a faucet and towel ring, and installing ceiling fans. His work is professional, and he takes care to get it right.

I hired Mr. Brady to paint my bathroom and remove an old sink and install a new one. The paint job was terrible, the color of the walls was gray and he gray paint on the ceiling. there were missed spots on the walls, he did not paint the door or woodwork. the wall between the woodwork and wall was not filled in it was a mess. He tried to patch the paint between the ceiling and wall and made a mess. he tried to put more paint on the ceiling and now my ceiling is two different colors of white. it is just a mess. He installed the new sink and cabinet, he got white paint on my brand new cabinet. the facet was installed and it is not straight plus last night when I opened the cabinet there was water leaking I had to turn off the main valves. when he came back to day I told him how unhappy I was and he said as far as the paint job I quote " I AM NOT GOOD AT PAINTING AND DOING CUTTING IN" I said why did you take this job, he stated I like helping people. so he looked at the crooked faucet and the leaking water under the sink and said to me " FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THIS JOB. SOME JOBS GO WITH NO PROBLEMS AND SOME JOBS HAVE MULTIPLE PROBLEM AS YOURS" and left. This is a nightmare. I cannot believe this man. Also, he took his paint cans dripping with paint and put them on my KITCHEN COUNTER it took everything in my power to stay calm with this man. This is my personal horrible experience.

Mr Brady was wonderful. He showed up within a week from the estimate to start the project. His price was well below other estimates obtained.
