Chip was the gentleman that did the work. As always very efficiently done. Chip is the young man that has done work in our home before. Plumbing Connection was able to respond quickly even though I called mid afternoon. James Bridges, "Chip", called me en-route with an estimate and gave me an ETA. Chip arrived and immediately started work. He was professional and personable. My impression is he enjoys his work and takes pleasure in helping people. When Chip found the blockage next to the house (holly bush roots) I thought he was finished (the toilets flushed OK) but he wasn't satisfied with the flow. He then cleaned the main drain under the house and really made an improvement. I'm not sure other plumbers would have stayed to do that. I am very satisfied and would use Plumbing Connection again. I'll ask for Chip.

Bryant from Plumbing connection responded quickly to my call of my water heater leaking. He was very professional, answering any questions I had clearly and thoroughly. He ended up replacing my water heater. He installed it in the same day and the cost was very competitive. I would highly recommend Plumbing connection for any of your plumbing needs.

Bryant arrived on time. He was able to come out the next day and they were able to work around my schedule very well. He did a great job. He cleaned up well after himself. You can tell he cared about getting the job done right. Very pleasant person.

Chip professionally assessed the issues and offered several options for resolution without the pressure of making a sale. He complied with my choice of saving both the faucet and disposal if possible. He repaired both and provided estimations on when a purchase would be necessary. They were fixed, for a very hefty price... $424.00. Insanely expensive.

Misunderstood request & sent assistant to install garbage disposal. When informed of misunderstanding Jim agreed to call & come by next day around noon but failed to call & failed to show up even after I left a message asking if we were still on for visit. So I waited all day. Very poor customer support.

My plumber was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and quick about the replacement.

Great as always with Jim Bridges. We received a city requirement letter for irrigation system enhancements, with very little lead time to accomplish the task. Jim answered the phone promptly, got me scheduled, texted timing updates as needed, and showed up on time as always. He is VERY dependable, and professional. The work was completed neatly, in less than an hour, and a clear estimate of future work was provided.

It went well and but labor/part were very expensive.
