Plumbing Connection was able to respond quickly even though I called mid afternoon. James Bridges, "Chip", called me en-route with an estimate and gave me an ETA. Chip arrived and immediately started work. He was professional and personable. My impression is he enjoys his work and takes pleasure in helping people. When Chip found the blockage next to the house (holly bush roots) I thought he was finished (the toilets flushed OK) but he wasn't satisfied with the flow. He then cleaned the main drain under the house and really made an improvement. I'm not sure other plumbers would have stayed to do that. I am very satisfied and would use Plumbing Connection again. I'll ask for Chip.

Bryant from Plumbing connection responded quickly to my call of my water heater leaking. He was very professional, answering any questions I had clearly and thoroughly. He ended up replacing my water heater. He installed it in the same day and the cost was very competitive. I would highly recommend Plumbing connection for any of your plumbing needs.

Bryant arrived on time. He was able to come out the next day and they were able to work around my schedule very well. He did a great job. He cleaned up well after himself. You can tell he cared about getting the job done right. Very pleasant person.
