+ -1 moreHE WAS PAID IN ADVANCE TO PERFORM THE WORK BUT NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. HALF OF THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED WAS SUB-STANDARD, AND I WILL NEED TO GET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REDO THE WORK.
Description of Work: MR. HALL WAS SUPPOSED TO REPAIR SIDING THAT WAS DAMAGED DURING NEW DECK CONSTRUCTION.
