I got them for my son.  We were really disappointed.  They did not do a good job at all.  They were pretty expensive.  My son bought a house and he wanted to get it cleaned.  People had had cats and he’s allergic to cats so he wanted a total clean up.  He wanted the vents, house and the carpets cleaned.  When I talked to the lady, she said that they had a move in clean.  They did the walls, floorboards, baseboards, top of the window seals, kitchen cabinets and everything.  We found that a lot of it wasn’t cleaned.  They were late to get to the place.  My son was at work so I was waiting there.  They were so late that I had to get them to start and then leave and come back.  They did do some of the cleaning, but when I went in and asked about the cabinets, they hadn’t done it.  They were supposed to have cleaned everything and they hadn’t.  They went in and started wiping the cabinets.  I knew that they hadn’t cleaned it and that’s why they ended up going back and doing it.  My son went in for a shower in the bathroom and the shower was dirty.  We were very disappointed.  My sister-in-law and I cleaned all the bathroom cabinets.  They did do some of the stuff that they said they were going to do.  I found some of the stuff that was cleaned.  It was not all done and a lot of it wasn’t done to my satisfaction.  They did clean the shutters.  I think, they were very late and they were freaked out by that and I don’t know if they forgot or if they were hurrying to finish the job.  The lady that owns the company did call them right after I talked to them about it.  She called them and told them that they were supposed to do that.  The price was way too high for what we got.  If they had done everything they were supposed to do adequately, it would have been okay.  The quality was okay because some of the stuff I found was done very nicely and some of it was very odd.  They were pretty good about responding and setting up everything with my son.  He told me that he talked to them and worked out whatever day was best because I had told him what days I didn’t have to work and I could help him out.  They were fine about that.  They are not professional.  My son phoned them and registered his unhappiness towards the company because he wanted them to at least apologize and he hasn’t heard from them yet.  We would never ever use them again and not recommend them to anybody either.

They were very polite and helpful on the phone. Shannon, I believe was her name, was able to to be flexible with the time the ladies showed up and that was very helpful. The ladies were very nice and had pleasant personalities. I requested that the cabinets and closets be cleaned so that I can put my items inside. I was specific about the bathrooms and kitchen (incl. cabinets) - that they be given special attention and cleaned well. After the ladies left, I noticed items in drawers, on shelves, dirt and such. I called to have that addressed. They said they would send a supervisor to view the next time they came. The ladies came, I tried to get them to clean the things that they missed on the first cleaning. The supervisor never showed up. No one called to follow up. I ended up paying twice for one cleaning.

The ladies were on time and do very nice work. They are very detail oriented and will listen to how you would like things done.
