MR. BAKER WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND HIS PRICES WERE REASONABLE. THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT TAKING UP THE FLOOR THAT WAS IN PLACE, BUT MR. BAKER EXPLAINED WHY HE WAS DOING IT THE WAY HE WAS, AND ASKED ME TO CALL SEVERAL OTHER BUSINESSES AND CHECK WITH THEM. I DID THIS AND HIS METHOD WAS ACCEPTABLE.

MARK ALWAYS ARRIVED ON TIME [OR SLIGHTLY EARLY] AND HE WAS VERY WILLING TO BRING SAMPLES AND TILE BOOKS TO THE HOUSE FOR US TO LOOK THROUGH, WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT AND TOOK MUCH OF THE STRESS OUT OF ''TILE SHOPPING.'' HE WAS POLITE AND TOOK A LOT OF PRIDE IN DOING A CAREFUL, PROFESSIONAL JOB. HE WAS ALSO VERY NEAT [HE NEVER LEFT A MESS BEHIND HIM] AND HE GUARANTEES HIS WORK FOR A YEAR. MARK WAS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH HIS TIMING AND WORKED WITH US TO MAKE HIS PRICE AFFORDABLE.
