Description of Work: JIM RILEY WAS PAID TO BUILD A GARAGE ADDITIONAL TO OUR HOME. COMPLETE PAYMENT WAS GIVEN AND HE ABANDONED THE JOB AFTER 75% COMPLETION. HE REFUSES TO RETURN PHONE CALLS AND HIS BUSINESS OFFICE IS NO LONGER AT THE ADDRESS ON OUR CONTRACT. HIS COMPANY HAS CHANGED THEIR NAME TO IMPACT RENOVATIONS.
