+ -1 more2 Service technicians came out and removed the water pump. Stated something fell out of the pump that was potentially clogging it. While one tech was reassembling the washer the other was taking payment. After the washer was reassembled and a load was ran the washer was still not draining. It was mentioned that new pump would need to ordered and they would call the next day with a price. Two days later we still have not heard from them even though we paid 75- for the call and 40- for labor. We quickly ourselves ordered the part online for 40.00 and will install it ourselves. Waste of the 40- in labor. Not dependable.
