I have had a good experience with them. They did a wonderful job. The price was also very reasonable.

There were two young men working, and I had to tell them to clean up and tell them to do certain things that I didn't think were my responsibility.

The entire project took about three weeks. He was very good at keeping us informed and reviewing the work progress. If he was running late on a scheduled work day or if inclement weather prevented work, he would phone to let us know the status.

Jeffrey did the work himself with one additional person. He was responsive and helped with the design. Overall a good experience.

Poor carpenter skills, high priced! His helper that did the brick work was very good.

I would seriously reconsider using this company. Although Jeff was always very courteous to us, the quality of the work that was done by his subs was terrible. In fact, we feel that we were "ripped off" by his company. They cut corners and even did shoddy work in areas where he didn't think we would see the work (e.g., crawlspace, roof). We have lost hundreds of dollars in fixing their mistakes. Beware!

Prompt, considerate, pleasant describe Jeff Price. However, despite written instructions, the piping for the electric line was not the right size. He promptly sent crew out to and reinstall the proper size no complaints. But used the wrong elbow pipe which Duke Power later discovered. The french drain was not installed with a positive slope, asked to have this corrected and that was done so so. Unfortunately Jeff's desire to do a good job does not overcome his crew's inability to do the work properly or make up for lack of proper supervision.

TOOK SEVEN DAYS TO DO THE WORK WITH CREW OF THREE. ABOUT 6 WEEKS FROM FIRST CONTACT TO COMPLETION. JOB DONE WELL AND LOOKS GOOD.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I HAVE USED JEFF PRICE'S SERVICES. EACH TIME, HE AND HIS CREW HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME. I HAVE PLANS TO USE HIM FOR 2 PERSONAL PROJECTS, AND FOR ANOTHER JOB FOR THE SOMERSET HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION LATER THIS YEAR.

I LIKED THE QUALITY OF WORK AND THE PRICE CHARGED FOR ALL THREE JOBS JEFFREY PRICE DID FOR ME. I HAVE ASKED HIM TO APPLY AN EPOXY PAINT TO THE GARAGE FLOOR, PUT A HUMIDIFIER ON THE FURNACE TO PROTECT THE HARDWOOD FLOORS, AND TO INSTALL A THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED FAN UNDER THE INSIDE OF THE ROOF. THE CREWS HE USES ARE FIRST CLASS WORKERS WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT DOING A GREAT JOB.
