I LOVE this office. The staff are friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. The Veterinarian Dr. Sprinkles and his partners are also friendly, knowledgeable, and answer questions easily and thoroughly. Since this is my first dog, I very much appreciated his advice. He instructed me on behavioral care and what to expect as my puppy grew. I bought some medication to last a year, and they noted she was out of the age range for the medication and swapped it with no fuss. My "emergency" visits were dealt with quickly...I was given an appointment that day. All the medications (except heartworm) are given at the appointment, so no need to cut up tiny pills. Heartworm medication and various medications/OTC products are available at the office. When my doodle way spayed, she was home after one night with a tiny incision and back to normal in a day.

.Dr. Sprinkles is amazing.  So caring of the animals and honest with the recommended treatment.  Looking out for your dollars spent as well as terrific care for the animals.  I have 8 cats, and been with him for 7 - 8 years.  Seems like I see him monthly.  Would give him an A++++ rating if it was available.

Good experience. Switching vets is a big deal to me and I am going to start taking my dogs to Grace. No better recommendation than that.

They're excellent. Excellent attention to details and take their time. The veterinarian there was is very good. The office is very clean and the staff is very conscientious and very friendly. The only problem is I did place a call into them for some medical records and they never called me back. Apparently the doctor has to e-mail those, he's the only one that can e-mail but they neglected to tell me that so I had to wait a few days for an answer. That's the only issue I have with them.

Dr. Sprinkles is very good. He is very straight forward. If he tells something he really means it. My daughter had a dog that was really sick and he called her and told he cannot take care of her and he didn't have the equipment and everything to take care of it and he recommended an animal hospital in Charlotte. He was quick to tell us and that's what we did and she is working out really good. His prices seem to be good and he is not extremely low priced and some of the doctors around are really high and some are lower but he is in the medium range. I have to make an appointment and he is usually right there. He is very professional.

We were new to town and had some less than stellar experiences with previous vets until we met Dr Sprinkles and his excellent team of techs. Not only was he the most thorough and pleasant vet we'd had, he also asked many questions about our pets' histories and dispositions, took time to explain some of the current research on vaccinations, reviewed all the test results with us during the exam, took care of a skin issue on one pet free of charge, reassured us that we were doing well in caring for our pets, and saved us some money by switching as many vaccinations to 3 year instead of 1 year. Previous vets had never suggested a 3 year vaccination shot since yearly shots will earn them more money. I had always felt like a terrible pet owner after leaving vets in the past, but I felt reassured and confident after meeting Dr Sprinkles. He took such good care of my dogs, addressed all our needs, and answered all our questions at length. I am looking forward to a good and long relationship with our vet and will recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Grace Animal Hospital is A-1 in my opinion. Everything has always gone good with this Vet.

I am very happy with them. They checked the animal. They didn’t charge me anything when I went back to them. They did more than what was necessary. They saved me a lot of money. They deserve to be recognized since they are good and trustworthy. I normally get in pretty quickly. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
