Matarials were delivered and the job was started the next day. David met the crew here an explained to me the process all went according to the plain.  All the crew was very polite and helpful. After the job was finished, David inspected my roof an insured me all was good.  He told me he would wait for the final insurance payment. A week later i called David about my final payment, he dropped by later that day an i paid him in full.  In return he gave me all my warranty paper work.  I was very pleased.

Firstly, Ronnie Goins is a good roofer who made the mistake of allowing a fly by night and out of state roofer due business under Ronnie's business name. I had no idea that I wasn't dealing with a local company any longer. The telephone book said they were local, did not subcontract. The fly by night company has a Kentucky address and workers were from Alabama, one wore a police anklet! We are in North Carolina. They caused considerable damage from day one and regardless of my talks with the sales rep, even more damage occurred. They said they would fix the damage but disappeared for nearly 6 weeks. I sent a letter saying if I didn't hear from them within 3 weeks I would consider them as deserted me. They eventually called and I gave them another chance to make things right. A man came out and reviewed all the damage. Agreed to fix all, then disappeared for a few more months. I was furious when they called again and said I would not talk nor deal with them any more. They eventually agreed to let another roofer make repairs to come out of the balance owed but I had to pay them another $1000. We broke even and had Love Roofing do the repairs. If you can make personal contact with Ronnie Goins, I say he will do good work for you, but if you talk to some one over the phone, there is no telling who'll you'll get. When we went to small claims court, this 'fly by nighter' was taking maybe a dozen good folks to court, it's a shame this happened to me and to Ronnie Goins.
The edge of the roof shingles were cut very jagged and too close to roof, roof top vent pulled up at one end, two vents were cut and caulked, not replaced, gutters were bent, fascia was scratched, rear door screen was cut, shingle tar was all over the rear of my house and on tops of gutters. It was a terrible experience.

Very well. Got estimate and information on the job. They came out at 7 a.m and were gone by 7 p.m. Roof completed, gutters cleaned out. Very happy with job. Site cleaned up like before they came out. Very professional crew.

He gave us an esitmate on our bathroom, but never contacted us back.
