Excellent experience. Most other places I called would not do anything with a crack larger than a quarter -- even though it was small extensions just 2mm beyond quarter size. Gaston Auto Glass told me to bring car in and we'd talk about what they could do. They sealed the extensions and buffed out the main crack. Sealant is visible (which is not a problem at all) and fix has held for over 6 months through summer heat and ice conditions experienced on a road trip. Service was excellent and staff was extremely friendly. We decided not to file insurance since it was a minor repair but they would have filed for us if we wanted to. I used them many years ago for a windshield crack on a former car and that one held for the life of the car.

I called ahead for a quote and found them better than other companies we had used for other accessories. They asked all the right questions and helped us pick out exactly what we would need for pulling our horse trailer. We made the appointment ahead and got a call from Jesse the week before to confirm and make sure all the details were correct. The staff on the day of the appointment was curteous and responsive. They got the truck done in much less time than expected. When we picked it up, they came out to walk us through everything and make sure everything was to our satisfacton. This is a family owned business that understands the importance of personal cumstomer service. They made it easy to buy locally and get great results! I would recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of work.
