We were told the pool would be installed within 3-4 weeks. I called at week 3 and was told in 2 weeks. Called at week 4 to make sure we were still good for the end of the week and was told we were still on. Day of install comes and they were a no-show. The first time they called us to update was 2 days after the no-show which was 5.5 weeks after the initial purchase. There was very little communication from the installers. They never called, never knocked on the door, and never initiated a conversation. I was waiting two hours after the scheduled time and looked in the backyard to see digging up the yard. I walk out back and get asked "is this where you wanted it?". When they were finished, they just packed up and left without saying anything. The pool is installed, but we could have had it installed sooner and for less money and less frustration somewhere else.

It was great. They always do a good job. They are always reliable and responsive. We buy chemicals and products for the pool in their store. They are knowledgable and have fair pricing.

My spa stopped getting hot enough. Gage came out twice. The first time they replaced the heater, and when that did not fix the issue they said they needed to replace the control panel. When it still did not heat, I would schedule appointments and the repairman would just not show up. After repeated calls and missed appointments they told me they don't know what is wrong with the spa. No warranty on the repair costs was given, so I am out $1200 and still have a spa that does not work.

I paid about 200 dollars per month. I was paying them to keep my spa clean and they weren't doing their job. I explained my concern over these things and they didn't have an explanation. My pump motor was wired incorrectly. It was making the motor have to work harder and it was burning it up. They should have known that.

They have product knowledge which is very important. He is a chemist, and is very knowledgeable. His employees are very prompt and reliable. They are friendly. I have been using them for 6-8 months, and have been pleased.
