They service went very well. I was happy with them. My contractor uses them. The price was reasonable, it was within what they quoted me.

It was awful. Parts took over a week to arrive. The job took two days, not the 30mn promised. The AC unit was worse when they were done. No one returned our calls when we needed them to return ti fix the problem. And to top it off, when my wife called to complain of the lack of cold air the repair man hung up on her.

Our heat didn't work this very cold morning. We had a technician out in a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it with a part on his truck, and we were warming up no time. Their office said that they had two technicians on staff. $75/hour. Their office estimated that the part was between $70-100.

They installed my heating system several years ago and they now have me on a regular schedule. They call when the appropriate time comes to schedule the work and each time they have arrived when scheduled. They are very professional and clean up all debris they have made. They are very reasonable and do the work right the first time.
