+ -1 moreI contacted Dallas Electric to do some minor electrical work in my kitchen. I was told they were busy and it might be a few days before we received a call back. After waiting several days with no word from them, I called back. I was told someone would be out to my house the next day. The next day nobody came or called. I phoned them again, and was told it would be Friday or Monday. Once again, nobody came or called me. At this point I contracted someone else to do the job. I never received a call from Dallas Electric. Very unprofessional. I assumed they did not want small jobs. If that was the case, I would have appreciated being told that in the first place.
