 + -1 moreTHERE ISN'T MUCH LEFT TO BE DONE, JUST THE SHUTTERS. HE WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO DO SOME CLEAN UP WORK. HE WAS PRESSING US TO PAY HIM THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE JOB, WHICH WE DIDN'T WANT TO DO UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. WE HAVE LEFT HIM OVER A DOZEN TIMES. WE DID PAY HIM IN FULL, NOW HE JUST WON'T COME OUT AND FINISH.
Description of Work: WE HIRED HIM TO PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME. HE HASN'T FINISHED THE JOB, AND WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF HIM.
