CRS Construction

The work this company did was perfect. The floors look great! The paint looks great. We wanted the floors run without transition between rooms. They said they could do this when they come out for estimate. This was not done. They created transitions between rooms without doors. We had a lot of flooring left over and decided to put it in the bedrooms. They installed in 1 bedroom and arranged a date to Come and install in the other 2 rooms. We had to order 6 more boxes of flooring to finish the project and paid extra to make sure it was here on time. The date come and we heard nothing from them. I called and was told by JC that something had come up and the soonest he could have someone out would be on Friday he would call me back that afternoon. I never heard from him and all calls have been rejected and voicemails unreturned. They took my transition molding with them, which I have already paid for, so now I have to find someone else to put these floors in and buy more specialty transition. We had inquired with them on doing several more projects. They do good work but very unreliable.
