We met Dale at the kitchen and bath show in Charlotte. We were drawn to his booth because his cabinetry was detailed and crisp and the booth looked like it had a personal touch and wasn't a sprawling corporate booth with tons of worthless handouts. We were right. After the show, it took a little while for him to get back in touch with us --- rightfully so, ours was kind of a small job. Once we did, he was very helpful and he came over several times to discuss the details of our projects with us . He gave my husband and me an education on cabinet construction and gave us several ideas of cabinetry that would achieve the look we were going for --- simple and spa-like, but not too contemporary --- including color ideas. He didn't stop there, since he has a general contracting background, he gave us some tips on trim color for the rest of the bathroom and even sold us the crown for the rest of the bathroom that matched the cabinets. We loved the outcome ---- beautiful custom cabinets with classic appeal, slow close doors and drawers. The cabinets were expensive, but I feel that it was worth it and will increase the value of our home. Even though we were "working" on projects, it was fun to talk with Dale, he always has some funny stories to tell. He was by far our favorite contractor on our bathroom renovation project. We would love to do another project with Dale.
