I recently bought a house and hired Close-up Inspection to conduct the home inspection. I have to say, the name of the business is spot on and couldn’t be more fitting. Joey, the inspector, conducted a very thorough inspection. After receiving his report, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with the purchase of my new home. And even better, the sellers agreed to make all of the repairs I requested from the inspection report. Joey was very professional, very thorough, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I couldn’t have more happier. I would definitely recommend Close-up Inspection to anyone that is buying or selling a house!
