CHOICE IRRIGATION & LANDSCPG

Things didn't start off real great but I kept moving forward.  Jeff didn't start the job when expected and kept pushing it back.  It was started almost a month late.  The job was finished fairly quickly once they got started but it left my yard looking pretty bad.  The grass they planted didn't grow so now I have mud strips through the yard.  The wall looks nice except for one spot on the very front end where they cut one of the blocks and it left cut marks and a crack on the stone.  Jeff said he would fix it, but that was a couple of months ago.  So I'm not expecting him to actually follow through with what he said.   When I went to pay for the irrigation and the wall Jeff wanted to charge an extra percentage for Credit Card use.  It said they took credit cards on their website but doesn't mention the extra charge.  After giving me a bit of a hard time about it he agreed not to charge the extra percentage.  That's why I continued to use him for a couple of weeks of lawn care.  His service was decent but he charged me over $50 per cut!  I have a small yard.  Most quotes were around $35.  We had only discussed his contract pricing and Jeff told me that's why it's better to have a contract.  It costs more for non contract maintenance.  I expected it would, but that seemed like price gouging.  I didn't contract with him for the yard.
