Dropeed rug off on Sat AM and picked up the next week as promised.  Very easy transaction.

They did a great job, give discounts if you bring in the rugs, I have used them several times.

The staff was very courteous and professional, including giving us a tour of the facility.
Admittedly, the rugs were very dirty, and had some pet stains on them.  While generally the rugs looked better than before, not all the stains were removed (We had been warned this might be the case).  What bothers me is that I believe there are now some discolored spots in the rugs that were not present when they were sent to be cleaned.  There must be a better place to have my expensive rugs cleaned in the future, even if the cost is a bit higher.

Have used them twice now.  Very satisfied.  Courteous and prompt.  One minor annoyance is having to pay immediately when the job is finished which seems to be prevalent with contractors these days.  Bank sends out 99% of my checks so having to find a checkbook is a pain.

I had a nice 5 x 7 area rug that had gone thru 2 sick old dogs and
a new puppy.  I had tried to clean it at home but now it needed some
professional attention.  I lugged the rug to Carolina Cleaning Network
and they did a urine soak and washed it.  It looks great and no smell or
spotting. Was well worth the time and money to have it professionally
cleaned.

Moved our furniture and put plastic squares under all of the legs to protect the carpeting.  Turned our a/c lower to help with drying time.

I dropped off 4 rugs initially, picked them up timely, and stored them in my closet as we were leaving for vacation.  When we returned, I rolled them out to find that 2 of the rugs, which previously were purchased to match, no longer matched at all. One of the rugs was much lighter, the other was much darker.  All 4 rugs had a chemical smell that was unacceptable.  CCN stated that I needed a urine soak because my senior dog of 14 years had wet on the rugs a few times after going on Prednisone.  By no means were they soaked in urine.  When I noticed she had wet on the rugs, I rolled them up immediately and took them directly to CCN for cleaning.  CCN continues to insist that the urine soak did not cause the damage to my rugs.  When I picked up the first 4 rugs, I also dropped off my large dining room rug, unaware of the discoloration and smell on the first 4.  I picked up the dining room rug a few weeks later.  It did not smell, but it was discolored, dark rug, faded white fringe, no nap to speak of.  I immediately spent an hour or more vacuuming to restore the nap of the rug.  It is not as beautiful as it was before I left it at CCN, but I am afraid to trust them to clean anything else.  I have decided to live with it or try to replace it in the future.  Note that all of the rugs cleaned were 100% wool, hand-knotted rugs.  I am still sick that my rugs will never look the same after having them cleaned at CCN.  The company refunded my money in full, but they did not offer to reimburse me for my rugs.  If I pursue the latter, I will have file a lawsuit in civil court.

The company I had been using was not doing a good job. I called Carolina Cleaning Network. The price was right in with everybody else’s. I had requested that a few rugs to be cleaned, they cleaned two more throw rugs that I hadn’t even asked about for free! I would definitely recommend them. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied.

Fantastic job and work completely done!

They originally told us it would take 2 to 4 weeks to finish the job and four months later they were still there.  They did very shoddy work, and several weeks they did not show up and we were only able to use our bedroom and kitchen.  They were very unprofessional and to this day we find stuff that was done incorrectly.

What an exceptional company.  Dropped off rug - they came to our car & got it out - discussed stains and we were promised a call in a week.  Very impressed with employees and facility.  Extremely professional company and very friendly, caring and knowledgeable.
We were called within 4 days with a weekend in between.  Extremely fast turn around time. At pickup an employee cheerfully loaded fully wrapped carpet into our car. At home we unwrapped and placed on floor and were thrilled with the cleaning job.  This rug which is very light in color, gets daily traffic between rooms and had begun to show that traffic pattern with a dirt pattern.  Also, our dining room table had left a couple of stains on the rug.  We are beyond pleased with the job.  So well done and such wonderful people to deal with.  This company could be a role model for how every company should treat customers and present themselves as a professional entity.  We will gladly recommend them to ALL of our neighbors and friends.  Will, without hesitation, have them come in to clean our wall to wall carpet in the Spring.  After using several other carpet cleaning companies in the area this has been our very best experience.

From start to finish, initial contact to pick-up upon completion, everything worked perfectly. Work performed and service was just as described and expected.Company facilities were clean and employees very friendly.

The employee at the store was very helpful, he helped me unload my rugs and explained the cleaning process.  I received a discount for bringing the rugs in myself instead of scheduling a pick up and drop off.  I also wasn't aware that they were running a special for pet urine treatment so I decided to get that treatment as well.    The rugs turned out beautifully and the service was great.  I also mistakenly thought that one rug came back still smelling like pet urine and called and left a message for them.  Jennifer called me back and said bring the rug right back in, no questions asked, and they would clean it again for free.  However, when I was rolling the rug back up to bring it back in, I discovered that the smell was on a rug pad that I didn't have them clean the first time.  I thought that was excellent customer service and I'm glad to know that every rug and rug pad came back looking like new.  I will definitely use them again and again.

They were timely and did a great job. They picked up and returned our Orientals as scheduled and did the other work in the house on time. They are a little pricey but the quality of their work and the service is excellent

They did an excellent job including getting very difficult dark stains off of a cream colored sofa. They were easy to work with, explained the process they would use and came as scheduled to complete the work.

They did an excellent job cleaning the rugs and furniture. They also were very helpful in timing the pick up and delivery of rugs around some other work we needed to have done in the area where the rugs and furniture were located. They are very professional, reliable and easy to work with.

They were very quick and you can have the option of cleaning the rugs in your house or at their shop. They also clean upholstery. They also cleaned our couches.
