I have no words! The installers are so nice and did a great job! Traci came and talked to me about my shutters, and they turned out great!

From start to finish this has been a great experience with Budget Blinds. We ordered blinds, a slider shade and plantation shutters. Everything arrived in the exact time frames that the salesperson said it would. Charlie came to install the blinds as soon as they arrived, and then came back a few weeks later with the shutters and the shade. Can't say enough about Charlie and how great he is. We had to cut the chair rail in our dining room to fit the shutters and he did a terrific job in making it look like it was built in that way. We really appreciated his expert work. We added another shutter to our order later in the process and that one should be in soon, and we hope Charlie will be the guy to come back and install it.

Andy Crotts and his team just installed plantation shutters on our large elevated picture window in our home's entryway and plantation shutters on the sidelights of our front door...and they are beautiful!!!! Andy came out to our house right on time for our initial consultation, answered all of our questions and even offered suggestions. He matched the color of the new shutters to the ones we have now in other parts of our home - perfectly! They arrived on time on the day of installation, they were quick and efficient and now we have added a beautiful and functional upgrade to our home! The installation was everything we hoped for.  Richard and Sam took great care of the window treatments and our home.  They were very professional.

This was not the cheapest estimate I received but I preferred Budget Blinds product. They have 2.5 inch faux wood blinds without the string holes that let in light. I am very pleased and would choose Budget Blinds for my home blinds if I need any in the future.

Everything went just as planned.  Installation went well.  Communication with Kirby and the office was easy.  My blinds are beautiful, sturdy, and worth every penny.  I would recommend her company to anyone that asked and I have.

My husband and I recently purchased a newly constructed home. We were set to close at the end of September so I began contacting window blind companies at the beginning of the month. I chose 3 providers to contact. Among them was Budget Blinds, and Kirby, Sally and their team were the most professional and responsive of the companies I contacted. Kirby met me at our new home while it was still under construction, took measurements, showed me the selection and then worked up a quote within 30 minutes. After discussing the information with my husband we decided to go with a different option than what Kirby had initially recommended for us. I e-mailed her to let her know of our decision and she told us about another product that was very similar to what we had in our previous home that would fit better with our budget. She was so easy to work with, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want and were able to communicate primarily through e-mail and texting which worked out really well with our hectic schedule. The installation was seamless, the installer was courteous, professional and precise. The end result is absolutely beautiful.
Another company (Blinds Tailors) I had spoken with about the same product was less expensive, but they were so unreliable and difficult to get a hold of. There is no doubt in my mind we made the right decision in doing business with Budget Blinds. Many thanks to Kirby, Sally and their team!

Bill arrived at our home as scheduled with samples. We spent a long time looking over the selection before deciding on the one we ordered. We already had wood blinds in our main living area, but they were done by another provider. We discussed several types before we finally decided on the wooden blinds. Bill was helpful in showing us where the headers would be and how the blinds would fit on the windows.  We ordered three and were told it would take about two weeks for the order to arrive. After more than two weeks, we hadn't heard from Budget Blinds at all. Four and a half weeks after we placed the order, the blinds were installed.  Budget Blinds never contacted me about any delay. They were very nice and followed up promptly when I called, but the installation took almost a week once the blinds were in. That was a disappointment.
Within a week, one of the blinds had to be replaced because the pull chord wasn't working. That was quick and Budget Blinds was very responsive with the problem.

Punctual, professional, and performed all contracted work.  Very reasonable price for blinds, which included installation.  Will definitely use Budget Blinds of Gastonia in the future.

I have nothing but outstanding words for Kirby and her staff. They were very professional throughout  the entire project. It was like making a friendship. She made suggestions that ended in amazing results. My home theater looks awesome with the black walnut blinds. I'm extremely happy with the look of each room. The pricing was right and Kirby even went an extra mile to pick up some suggested panels that would look nice in my room. 
I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone out there looking for excellent service and quality product for a great price.

And they do!-You said that they would arrive in two weeks! And they did, and I didn't have to followup with you...you called me when they arrived!!!-You said that the blinds would be installed at 9 AM on Tuesday morning. And your van pulled into the driveway at 9 AM Tuesday morning!!!-And in the past, whenever we needed some help with one of our blinds, you were prompt in coming to work on it!!!-Regardless of whom I speak with at your company, I have always been treated with genuine friendliness and concern.
These are the kind of "small" things that really matter to customers. Doing what you say you will do costs nothing, but it certainly pays dividends!
