Great! I emailed company and booked online one evening, and their technician Roman came the next day exactly when I'd requested. He checked my oven thoroughly. Unfortunately, what I thought was simply broiler element was indeed a bad control panel, requiring an expensive part and repair. He recommended that I simply purchase a new oven, which did in fact make more sense. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty very much. I was only charged for service call, which was very reasonably priced. This is my second experience with this company and I highly recommend their honesty, punctuality, and professionalism.

They weren't able to fix the refrigerator and didn't complete the job. A new company had to come in and fix it all. The refrigerator ice machine wasn't working at first and then they fried the whole refrigerator out and that's when someone else had to come in. Horrible experience overall.

Dishwasher was not repaired. Company failed to respond to multiple calls/voicemails requesting they correct their error and complete the repair.

Promised service would be provided on set date...didn't show. Service promised again...didn't show. Took 14 days from time of initial call for him to repair and then it still didn't work. Another part was ordered but he wouldn't come back. I'm not sure why their business is named ASAP....they certainly are not quick in their response time via phone and in person. Never again would I call these people and I make sure to tell everyone I know to call anyone but them!

My Cabrio dryer sounded awful, had a funny smell, and wasn't heating properly. I contacted the warranty people who set me up for an appointment for the following week with ASAP Appliance Repair. I needed help right away as I do laundry everyday. I gave ASAP a call to see if we could move the date up to get the dryer repaired....... Melissa got a hold of Jimmy (both owners) right away. Jimmy was at my house within 20 minutes, since he was in the vicinity. Even though he didn't have the parts, he was able to get it running until he could get the parts in. I want people to know that they were so accommodating and friendly. He showed me everything that was wrong and what was needed. The next week he had gotten the parts in, Melissa set up our appointment, and repairs where done. Even though this was warranty work, when asked about pricing for future repairs I felt that his prices where fair and would not hesitate to call them again for any repair. Thanks Melissa and Jimmy!

We also had a broken dryer, also under warranty. They ordered parts, only to discover that one of the parts could only be obtained in Germany. Because  we had plans to be in Germany, we ordered the part there and brought it home with us. It turned out to be the wrong part. We called ASAP back, and from that point on, there was no response whatsoever: not from their office, not from their repairman, either to us or to our Warranty Company.
Under no circumstances would I recommend this service company to anyone, friend or enemy. Failure to return phone calls is unacceptable, even if to say they couldn't solve the problem.  The issue went unresolved for three months while we and the warranty company tried to reach ASAP by phone and by email. At that point, the warranty company stepped up to the plate, brought in Sears Appliance Repair, who then proceeded to solve the problem.

Melissa and Jimmy from ASAP Appliance Repair are just great! Melissa and I exchanged emails throughout the entire process and she gave me a couple different ways to proceed based on how much I wanted to invest financially to fix my washer, which I have never had any appliance repair shop offer before.
Since my washer was on the newer side (3 years old), I was having a difficult time making the decision to repair it or trash it based on cost to fix vs. purchase a new machine. When I bought the machine a few years ago, I paid $1000 because I thought I was buying an outstanding quality machine that would last many, many years. Wow -- how I have learned how outsourcing to China has really changed the quality of new washers and dryers on the market (but that is a different story for a different day)! :)
After comparing all my options, I decided to have it repaired, in part because the motor was still covered under warranty through the manufacturer and I could get a replacement free of charge (Jimmy's diagnosis also included the fact that the original motor was somewhat rusted from water leaking from the broken bearing and seal).
Long story short, I waited for the new motor to be shipped from the manufacturer, and then Jimmy and his technician came back out and installed the new bearing, seal and tub. They were kind enough to install the new motor, too, since they were already out here and didn't charge me extra for that. The machine works great and I am pleased with my decision to repair the machine and  see how many more years I will get from it. 
I can't overemphasize how nice both Melissa and Jimmy are. Just good people. Honest, competitively priced and simply want to run an good, family owned business. I will be more than happy to give them my appliance repair business in the future over the big companies with a hundred technicians -- ASAP Appliance is all about customer service!
