GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 9:30AM. I CALLED AT 10:00 TO ASK WHERE THEY WERE. THEY HAD A BELT BREAK ON THEIR VACUUM. WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT 10:30 THEY HAD TO USE MY VACUUM. HOWEVER, THEY GAVE ME A FREE BOTTLE OF SPOT REMOVER AS COMPENSATION. $5 OFF THE PRICE FOR RETAINING THEIR MAGNET.
