Spoke to the specialist on 10/11/13 for a much needed piano tuning. The tuning was scheduled for 10/22 @ 9am. Specialist failed to confirm the scheduled appointment as well as did not show up to the residence for the scheduled appointment. A phone call was placed at 0915 to the owner to confirm the appointment but was told, he tried to phone the day prior to confirm the appointment 4-5 times, but was unable to 'get through' on the phone number provided. He stated he kept getting a recorded message and was unable to leave a message. Upon confirming the owner was not in route and I had already taken a day off of work to be present for the tuning, the call ended, resulting in a no-show. The owner promptly phoned back, to the same number provided as the initial call when scheduling the appointment and stated he had misdialed the number and wanted to know if I would still like for him to perform the tuning. I think not, my time is just as valuable as his. As a professional, owning your own business, customer service should be number one. I will take my business elsewhere.
