I tried calling the number on the voucher for 2 months. They never returned the call.
I finally went to the website in April as if I was a regular customer and enter my information and then she called me back.
She originally scheduled my cleaning for April 15 but she email and stated that she needed to change the appointment.
We finally got it rescheduled for April 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm. I waited for an hour and then sent a message inquiring.
I got an email back stating that she sent a message that morning that her cleaning person had a funeral so she needed to change the appointment
I never got any message and if she was going to change the appointment the day of, she should have called to make sure I got the message. I sent an email back inquiring how the person didn't know before Tuesday that they were going to attend a funeral. I also asked for another appointment but it has been 3 days and I have gotten no response back. I will contact Living Social to see if I can get my money back.
This company does not return calls back and it is extremely hard to get ahold of someone. I am wondering if it was because I had a voucher. It wasn't until I went to the website to schedule a regular cleaning and not mention the voucher that I got a return call back.
