Waste Water Solutions performed our Septic System Inspection preceding our home closing. Numerous issues were identified, some fairly major, but all were professionally repaired in less than a week to allow our closing to occur as scheduled. Over a lengthy phone call, the owner personally educated us about septic system and explained the repairs in detail. Two months after the purchase of our house, the septic alarm sounded. Waste Water Solutions was able to come out the next day to assess and replace the septic pump which had failed due to age. We are extremely satisfied with the service that we have received and are considering purchasing Waste Water Solutions preventative maintenance service.
