Power washing with low pressure and a lot of detail. I have a special soap for cleaning houses that I have been using for 11 years. I come out wash what you have asked for then I do all the little extras that most power washers don't think about, like lp tanks, lawn chairs, tables, mailbox and anything else that looks like it needs it at no extra charge. I always give my customers 72 hours to get a chance to check out my work before paying. I take cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
