Over the course of the next month, I kept getting one excuse after the other and was lied to consistently regarding his reasons for not showing up, pulling permits, providing materials, etc.
On 3 Aug, he just walked out on the job leaving me me broke, as well as my yard in ruins and an incomplete frame. Would not return phone calls. Very unprofessional and no skills. While the workers were polite enough, they were laborers and did not have the experience needed to do the job.
After doing more research, I found that the company Team Plata, LLC. was administratively dissolved in Feb 2015. Now I have to hire an attorney to try to recoup any funds.
"Per our attorney you must take this down. We. Don't appreciate being conned and sexual advances to our employees."
There is no other company who will take your money first and never get the work done. Its only a SCAM and FRAUD company.
If you hear "Team Plata LLC" or Jose or Kasara, please please please dont get fool....
They could even change the name in the future, so be careful for this company...
I can proof it to you guys, I have all the emails, pictures, verbal conversation recording and proof that I just submitted to NC attorney general office.
