George typically does great work; however, when buffing the car, the wheel fell off and gouged the trunk, denting the metal and scraping the paint off. George assured us that it would be taken care of. 9 months later, the car remains in the same state that it was when he left. Despite numerous calls, George has still not provided us with his insurance information so that we can get this car to a painter. This is reportedly due to the potential damage this will do to his service contracts at dealerships because he will have a claim showing on his insurance. Yes, it was an accident, but that is why you have insurance. It's a simple solution. We are very disappointed in his inaction on this matter. We will be glad to update this review once the matter is resolved.
